'Adivasi youth leadership in the Nilgiris' is a report on 'People Power Change, a community organizing handbook' a social intervention conducted by Haiyya Foundation. The main purpose of this report was to gather all the learnings and observation made by the organizers written in a form of a story. The approach was to make it in a qualitative form rather than being quantitative as it deals with communal consciousness and societal perceptions and its challenges.
This project was a report of People Power Change Programme which was conducted by the team at Haiyaa Foundation in villages around the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve spread across Kerala and Tamilnadu. It encapsulated the experiences and response of disseminating the interventions through workshops and discussions.
One of the chapters takes you through the stories of the indigenous youth from various communities that resides in Nilgiri. Simplified icons were created around them that showcases their journey of navigating through obligations of families and balancing studies and career alongside in rural areas.

Three font were used to create contrast between serif (Libre Baskerville and Minion pro) for smaller font to be used as subheading and body text for better readability and san serif (Century gothic) for clearer and neat looking large font for headings.
